Hi! I’m Katherine (Kat) Castano an Illustrator/Graphic Designer based in Seattle, WA. I’m constantly inspired by the world around me, dreaming up my next creation. I am currently represented by Jo Astles at The Bright Agency.

My work is heavily influenced by nature, travel, fairytales, whimsy, and femininity. I love to incorporate storytelling through my work and tending to the smallest of details. I give my work an organic hand drawn feeling to my illustrated work by using mixed media such as wet acrylic, watercolor, gauche, pencil, and pen.

To be able to draw & design for my job has been a lifelong dream of mine and I have to pinch myself that my dream has become a reality.
